Module Purpose

To give Participants an understanding of the causes of static and dynamic fatigue and how to reduce the risks associated with fatigue.

At the conclusion of this training, the Participant will be able to -

•   Recognise fatigue when it occurs.
•   Understand methods of reducing fatigue.

Can be either discussion or multiple choice/short answers as required.
